Her name sounds familiar. I think I contacted her when I was looking for my first yorkie. I really didn't know anything about petstores or BYB. If i'm not mistaken, I remember getting a weird vibe from her and ended up getting a pup elsewhere... another BYB in MD.. UGH! I've learned my lesson. I really do hate hearing that things don't work out well though
