All of the stress is being put on the seller. All of the responsibilities are being put on the breeder in oder to make the sell successful. What if the potential buyer is one of those people that nit-pick about everything and nothing seems to make them happy??? |
With my breeder if you backed out of the deal you lost your deposit. I dont see any reason to put a deposit down if its not that way.
