I am a huge animal lover along with my husban. We have our girl 2 guniae pigs and 2 fish tanks. I also do volunteer work. I would have reported her and filed a complaint with the humane society. The best advice I can give anyone because I have done this is use that handy little cell phone camera if you have video feature use that instead. This way you have proof of the incident. I had to do that with an employ at my kids school. It is really sad that people like this are out there working with kids and animals who are at their mercy.
