Default Rough play resulting in bald spot

The girls got their weekly bath last night and brush out.

Poor Gabby. Issy apparently pulled on her topknot during play and pulled a big chunk of hair out. Now she has a dime sized bald spot right in the center of the top of her head. It's kinda sore looking, though she's fine with me touching it. Since it's on the top, do you think I can put some neosporin on it? I just don't want to irritate it, so I can't put her hair up. I hate the "Animal" look she has when it's down and her hair gets in her eyes. Gotta figure out how to pin it up out of the way without putting it up in a hair tie. Any suggestions?
