There are side effects to every medication.
I have used Mometamax many, many times without an issue. I did have one pup have a reaction which I have posted on YT in the past. He lost his hearing on Day 2 of being treated with it. I immediately picked up on this because he was acting very odd...took him to the vet and they flushed his ears. He was good as new in no time!
You just have to always be aware of the side effects of any medication that you or your pups are prescribed. I suggest reading the side effects prior to taking the med or giving it to your pups...that way you can make a decision about whether you want to use it or not. If we refused to use all meds that caused a side effect or reaction, we would not be taking any of them. |
