Teri, I have 5 Lookout Seats and love them. My gang loves them which is even more important. I keep them in the backseat (best protected spot for your dogs away from the airbags) or 1 on the console (airbags don't deploy here) depending on who I am taking with me. Yes they all do come with straps to attach to their harness.
If you do a search on YT for lookout seats you will see many comments from members who use these seats.
