Gemy,
I have a Shark steamer. Didn't do anything for it. It got it clean, but the scuffs and scratches from the sand being tracked in didn't go away. The M&G dries rather quickly and the formal dining room is the one room the pups aren't allowed into. I diluted it 50/50 in a spray bottle and spread a very thin coat onto the floor with a swiffer. By the time it builds up, I'll strip it and start over.

Everything else in the house is cleaned with Grapefruit seed extract and water. I love that stuff. $12 for a little bottle and it has the same disinfecting properties as bleach without the smell. And it's edible. That little bottle will last a year.

I'm not a big fan of chemical cleaners. Never have been.
Now I feel like eating a grapefruit! Lol!
