I just wanted to comment on teeth brushing. I took Brody to the vet last week for his eyes, and they told me his tartar is really bad. SO i've been really trying to brush his teeth (and Sophia's). I was having a lot of problems letting me actually brush (with my finger or a toothbrush). They would run from me and hide behind their daddy
So last week, I saw Brody relaxing on a pillow. I came up to him with a baby toothbrush, and he did GREAT!!! I brushed for at least a minute, and not even a squirm!!! I've been doing this everyday since. His teeth are already looking better and his breath is smelling great!! I've been doing this with Sophia too, and WOW i'm impressed!!! They still won't let me approach them in the middle of the day to brush, but as long as they're tired... I can get a good brush in!
I'm SOOOOO happy!! I hope to be able to brush them NOT when they're tired one day..
but this is a good start!! I'm SOOO excited and just wanted to share! Maybe this will help some other moms who are struggling with teeth brushing!
