Animal Smiley 049 So sorry about your loss

When I lost bill at age 14 it wasn't such a shock he had been having a lot of health problems after he jumped of the couch and hurt his back leg and the vet but him on steroids. This caused him to have renal failure after about 1 year

my little girl Mollie was sad since they had been play mates and friend since she came home. It took her awhile to get over it.

It was about 2 years later I decided to get her a playmate because she wasn't as active. I got Lizzie and she was active and happier than I had seen her in a long time I noticed in the past 6 months she has really slowed down she is now 11. I am terrified of having to do what you had to with your little one it is heart breaking. So I convinced my husband to get 1 more little baby for Lizzie to play with. It now seem like all three are happy and Mollie has but on weight and playing more again.

The best advice I can give you is get another Yorkie. It will never replace your lost little angel, but he or she will help your other dogs get past the grieving process faster and I hope will help with your sadness as well
