Don't panic, don't make "what if" scenarios in your head stop thinking and imagining what is going to happen; rather, make a plan as to how you can secure the funds you will need, can you borrow from family or friends? Can you apply for CareCredit? You will find a way to pay it back, right now you must secure it...one step at a time, your pup is your heart and theres nothing you won't do for her so go with this and worry about the rest later.
