How much vomiting are we talking? What is she doing when it happens? More description would be helpful, please. What tests has your vet done exactly?
Does she do this right after eating, before eating? Does she eat fast? Maybe a slowfeeder bowl would be helpful.
My Mini has this problem, shes been checked for everything 10x over. She takes Pepcid and Sucralfate everyday. She just has a sensitive system. You say your pup is healthy otherwise? So you might want to talk to your vet about some simple solutions like the Pepcid and Sucralfate; that is, If everything else has been ruled out...
