Well it sounds like an internal medicine specialist is needed now. When the general vets can't find the problem, then it is time for the experts.

Have your vet make the referral, and submit all the health diagnostic testing that they have performed to the specialist.

I'm assuming that a Bile Acids Test was done and it came back normal?
