What i've been doing for the last two weeks, but very hard for me is cutting out all that bread & pasta I've been eating, and being Italian it's very hard, I love dipping my bread in sauce, It paid off I lost 2lbs.....
I've been eating alot of Chicken and steak (for the steak i cut off all the fat) and i try to make a little side salad and eat it first with low cal. dressing...
and don't forget tons of water ....
