Mine are trained to go on peepads, I literally put them in it and said go potty, go potty, go potty every 15 minutes. When I couldn't keep my eye on them for every second I put them in an xpen with their peepad and their bed. You have to be vigilant and you have to be consistent, it works you can't take your eyes off them when not in xpen within a couple weeks it works...(don't forget to give high praise and treats when they do go)..
