these are 100 % cotton flannel. they are not new, they are in EUC ( excellent used condition). The make is by little lily and i have them in size M that fits Peyton ( around 4.5 to 5 pounds), and i have them in size S that fits my 3.25 pound chihuahua.
i only have one of each of these in each size, except the green w/clouds i have 2 of each size.
