well I noticed that if I change the location of the Pee Pad, my Bella must get confused, because she will pee at that spot. I have a Pad in the dining room and one by the front door over towards the wall. She is really starting to get good with going outside too. I work parttime but as soon as I get home I say Bella wanna go out, and we go to a little fenced off area outside, and what I say Go Potty she squats and pees...
Maybe if you try taking her to the new spot everytime she will get used to that spot instead.
