At 15 lbs, your boy isn't a good representation of a Yorkie, and shouldn't be used for breeding. I am not biased against larger Yorkies, I say that as the owner of two very much loved 15 lb teapots, they make great pets but shouldn't be bred. Also, once a male is used for breeding, their personality will change and it likely won't go back after they are neutered. Marking, the way they act around intact males and females, etc. You really want to think long and hard if you want to deal with all of that.
