She had a gentle leader from another dog, and has had fantastic results in getting him to submit and walk and not pull, etc.
My yorkie is much more docile and I do not want to make him more fearful by using a gentle leader, but I see such a difference in her pup's behavior than before she began walking him on it.

You can get a harness that hooks in the front (chest) instead of the back. It has the same result as the gentle leader. When they get to the end of the lead and pull, it just turns them back around, same as a gentle leader.
