Bones are fine as long as they are not cooked! I have given mine raw chicken wings and they loved them!! I only do it once in a blue moon - I have mentioned this before when talking about the raw diet in general - the raw part just makes me a little nuts with their hair and cross contamination! So when I have given them it's usually in a confined area and usually followed by a bath. Hey.... I just thought of something I gues I could use it as a bathtime ritual thing and do it more often just do it before I was going to bathe them anyway...I know I am weird!
It's just with kids around too I don't want any of us humans getting salmanella(sp?). How did you do it with your other dog and turkey necks?
