Your neighbors are my ultimate nightmare! Is there any way you could invest in a security camera system, so you could video those a**es? People like that make me want to put in a "Barbarian Security System" (you know-like the commercial for the credit card?) and give them a taste of their own medicine! Maybe the Cop Dad should open his eyes a little!
