I would just in case she is starting to get an UTI infection or something. Wednesday is many days a way. It's just my experience that puppies pee a lot during the day so I personally would check out any different behavior in my pup. Some vet clinics may be closed over the weekend. Myself, I always err on the cautious side & consider the money well spent, even if it turns out to be nothing.
