Oh, my. That is the kind of thing that makes me feel like I just aged another decade! My skin kids used to do this to me when they were little. Who would have known these little dogs can cause just as much of a scare.

My previous dog and I were attacked by a neighbor dog so I pick Gracie up as soon as I see another dog. It terrifies me until I find if the approaching dog is really friendly. I think your neighbor needs to secure their front door. |
