We have a 75lb Boxer and our sweet Georgie. They do great together. When I had my son who is 4 years old Georgie wasn't overly excited but has come around
As far as yapping let me know what you find out. Georgie is almost 7 and still yaps but I know that's because Mommy and Daddy are so well trained instead of the other way around LOL
