I haven't loaded the software yet either. I have to study up on that part and decide which laptop I'm going to put it on... I forgot I had bought a backup laptop last year when my harddrive blew up.

Yes, I ordered from ThreadArt. I have received my order already. The shipping was really quick. I will continue to order my embroidery supplies from them because they are way cheaper than the stores. I successfully embroidered a t-shirt for my daughter after breaking 3 needles. There is a learning curve with the embroidery but boy do I love this machine. I know now that there is a difference between the really inexpensive machines and a good machine. I love it. I just have a lot to learn.
