oh i am so sorry your baby has to go through this.
i would get an ex pen. put his potty pads and bed , toys, food , water in there. try to keep in there as much as possible.
of dont isolate him cause that would stress him out and make matters worse. just do the best you can. i hope he starts to feel better real soon
