For your brother, it's always safest to look up the breeder directories for the respective national breed clubs. Yeah, I don't belong to YTCA either. Some of us have our reasons to want to be independent of breed clubs, but they're still the safest place to begin a search. Their members will refer you to reputable non-members as well. If you do come across a breeder who says all the right things on a web site, whether or not a breed club member, get references from customers, breeders and vet. Good luck.  |
Dont discount a breeder just because they do not belong to YTCA.
