Hello and welcome to YT!!! I am pretty sure there are frogs that are highly poisonous and could kill a dog (small or big). I think it depends on where you live or the type of frog. I read about it after finding my big dogs tossing a frog around in the yard.
They ended up being fine, but I would try to avoid letting your little guy eat any thing other than good dog food, treats, etc. You never know what freaky diseases could be lurking around.
