I feel like all of these people lost a good amount of weight without even changing their diet.... so if I exercise and change my diet along with taking these - I'm really hoping to see some good results!
I was out in the sun all day today and did a ton of swimming and have been watching my calories and no sodas, so we shall see!?!
I weighed myself this morning too so I'll see how much I lose. |
Hm this is really interesting lol, but just wondering how will you know if the beans are working if you're dieting and exercising too?
You could lose a huge amount of weight without the beans...i'm not trying to be a debbie downer on this thread i promise

... I lost 30lbs a few years ago just with diet and exercise
