Frontline does NOTHING for Jackson.... if anything, it seems that they attract ticks for us.
Last year, for example, we put on K9 Advantix around June and then never applied anything else all summer... and no ticks that I ever found. I couldn't believe it. So then in October, I figured what the heck, I'll put on the Frontline that I have -- all the sudden, ticks galore! I thought it was just a coincidence... he got another dose of FL in December and suddenly... ticks back again!
So yeah, we have to use K9 Advantix here and it doesn't bother me because I seem to have to not use it all that much; less chemicals the better! And no ticks yet *knock on wood* |
