Yes go to the library; second forum down when you enter the Menu for forums. Look at vaccination protocol and schedule for Yorkies. Also if he has not been BAT tested or had a recent Full Blood Panel work up. I like to do a baseline at 2yrs old; if he has had one, make sure you get all his old vet records.
Even neutered boys can mark. How is he in marking at the breeders home? does she use belly bands? If so you might want to as well. You can get baby diapers instead though.
Teeth are important and they are prone to dental disease, You need to brush, also use some additive into the water to help delay tartar formation, and feed good quality food with lots of chewy stuff to excise the tartar from his teeth.
You have a good sized boy, so hopefully he is also free from Luxating Patella. However you and I know just how small 7lbs is
Ears make sure ear canal stays open and clean out ears regularly.
But most of all welcome, and enjoy your New Yorkie
