OMGosh! I don't believe the difference (just used Downey, no TBs)! I found about 3 hairballs, lol, but they were not stuck to the towels, just laying loose! I am going to try the tennis balls though bc of the problem with liquid softeners gooing up the washer. OMgosh... I am so happy right now! I will love doing laundry from now on! Haha!
I'd say at least a 95% improvement!
