I do scrambled eggs once a week, with a little cheese, for all my babies....they all look forward to the weekend for the scrambled egg breakfast! Some of them like a dollop of cottage cheese on top of their eggs, some like Colby cheese melted inside the scrambled egg omlet, some just like the omlet plain.....my lactating mommas like the egg omlet with salmon and with a dollop of a "custard" I make especially for them, on top. |
