my first question is out of curiosity only
why is this tiny puppy sleeping on a porch all by herself?
she should be eating 3 small meals per day at this age.
when my oscar was 12 weeks i fed him 3 times per day ,
1/4 cup each serving.
try putting a tbs of warm water on her food to encourage her to eat
regular meals. that will help with her potty training..
