I would try tying her to you when you are up so she can learn who is boss, also that way you could catch her in the act and redirect immediately. If you are not able to watch her, she should be contained. Also, you should be out with her, with some really good little treats (freeze dried liver works great). Whenever she goes potty outside give her a little taste. She will quickly learn and you can give her more independence. It will also show her who is boss. This has worked for me in the past.
