I am sorry this has you worried.
Mickey eats shoe string ends, twisty paper (like on the bread bags- doesn't eat the wire) and anything else little he can get into. He spits up foam a few times and then is fine again.
If she is still doing it later when the vet opens you might take her in to be sure she did not eat anything you did not see/find.
