I hope that you won't have to wait that long to get one for yourself. Unless you go out of town for work a lot, you could make it work. It might even be good if you were to get an older rescue instead of a puppy, so that you could whizz by all the puppy worries
There are plenty of Yorkies out there waiting to find a forever home.
