Last Thursday my 5 month old Yorkie got her first "puppy cut". It was a real shock when I first saw her. Her black puppy hair was gone and it was cut short...if it wasn't for her little face I would not of recognized her. It took me the day to get used to as she now looked like a little grey cat running around.
The good news...it hasn't even been a week and it is really starting to grow back. I paid $30 (plus tip) because she is still a puppy. The groomer (who I will continue to go to as she was wonderful with Sophie) charges $45-$50 for a full grown Yorkie.
