I would report them. I didnt do it to one of my neighbors and I should have. but other people did and animal control sited them a few times .They left that dog out in all weather and I heard the Son and the dad beat him. We went out this spring and he was completely emanciated and at deaths door we called it in and animal control removed the dog. Someone from the neighbor hood adopted the dog and he looks alot better already. I hated to do that to a neighbor but that dog saved our lives in that our house was on fire and it was his barking about it that woke us up. My Husband would give him sub sandwiches, We had a special place in our hearts for him and Im glad hes in a good home and isnt out in all kinds of weather anymore |
