I have no proof besides these loud thuds and whines/cries that I hear behind the fence. My room mate claims he's 100% sure the dog is being abused. I don't know for sure, maybe the dog has a pain problem or ailment.
It's an outdoor large dog and I always hear thuds and slams against the fence followed by a growl or cry. The dog is completely quiet before this.
Anyways I don't really talk to these neighbors so I don't really know whats up.
Also the man and woman next door are constantly fighting...screaming at the top of their lungs for hours. I only hear the dog whining when the man is there alone in the back yard.
What should I do
