 Is the Yorkie "well" after liver shunt surgery?
If a Yorkie has liver shunt surgery and doing well after the surgery, are they then "well." Or does liver shunt cause any lingering/chronic conditions? I'm looking at a dog who has done well after the surgery, but just wonder if there will be remaining problems the rest of the dog's life related to it? I'm asking just so I can be prepared for vet/med expenses. |
