I probably will always keep some of this freeze dried raw in his diet, I really love it, he's bounced back from some of his tummy spells very quickly on it, but he's not holding weight so I'd like to add to it rather than give him more (cause it's really expensive). The other reason I want to home cook some is to experiment slowly to see what he can and can't have, that way if he were ever to develop an allergy to his current food lamb, I have a back-up plan until I can find something new.

Plus I'm not working right now for the summer, so I actually have the time to learn how to do it and develop a system so that I can work on it before I get busy in September.
