We are having a similar issue with Marilyn Muttroe. My mother in law ordered ks a bed as a present for Christmas. 2 days before Christmas they sent an email saying the item was no longer available. We are still waiting in a refund....5 months after the fact. We even tried to see if they would just let us exchange and they haven't answered us back after many emails. It is frustrating. I feel bad for my mil because it is her money and the bed was over $100.
