It sounds like there is going to be a great meet-up in Ohio! Hope you will get to go.
In our Cincinnati area, there is a meet-up club that meets once a month. I have attended before, but it has been awhile.

Some of us (YorkeTalk Members) also usually get together at the dog show in Louisville in March and the dog show in Georgetown during Labor Day weekend.
Hopefully, you will get to meet other YT members and their pups. I always enjoy getting together.
