There is no such thing as t-cup.

How much is he eating at each feeding? You could give him higher calorie foods to put weight on. Not sure what you mean by over feeding if he is underweight he needs to eat more.

Has he been evaluated by his vet to make sure he is not skinny due to a medical reason.
