 Spayed
So Bella finally got spayed today. I knew she would be a little down after the surgery which is what I feared most but she's acting a little more uncomfortable than I thought. It's horrible to see her so hurt and like she moans a little if I touch her or hold her. I picked her up at 6pm and gave her water and she drank a lot and threw it up right away and then as the vet said I only tried feeding her a small amount of rice and boiled chicken but she didn't even smell it. I'm hoping tomorrow she will wake up better but is there any advice? Anyone that has gone through this and their baby reacted the same way? Anything I can do to comfort her more than I have been trying to do? My vet was kinna no help, sort of tough when I was asking a whole bunch of questions he's like she'll be fine, all dogs heal different just like humans but it's so tough to see her like this :/ thanks guys |
