Well, it seems he may not be tiny by any means but dogs are great at jumping usually and hopefully you can take him to a groomer for bathing.

Although I love all dogs I knew I needed a smaller sized dog because of a back injury I have been dealing with for the past few years. I was thinking 8 or 9 pounds would be great but Gracie turned out to be 5 pounds and it took her quite a while to achieve that weight. That was really a bit smaller than I was used to dealing with. She was sure she was a 50 pounder! It has turned out OK though.

It seems we have seen many new owners lately who have said their puppies have gotten bigger than they expected.
