Very sound and accurate advice. My Zada has a collapsed trachea and enlarged heart as well, but it isn't a death sentence with the proper medication. She has an inhaler and the Vet. is going to give her something to keep her calm when we go on vacation, otherwise she gets too excited and then can't breath very well. She was diagnosed by a specialist, who also helps my local Vet. give the correct medications and such.
