I have read a little about it and a lot of people say neutering does help stop the marking instinct because they no longer want to show dominance. I am just worried because he is a little dog! Poor guy probably won't be able to handle the pain too much.
I also read about the belly band but I am not sure how that would work. Thank you again for helping as much as you could!
