There is so much to do on both sides. The last I heard they suggested you take your passports otherwise you need a ton of other ID. I would travel with your dog's shot record no matter where you go. You never know when an issue may come up and it's darn hard to get them faxed to you when you are out of town on a weekend.
I always thought that one of the coolest parts of going to the Canadian side of the falls was going under them but I would never take my dog down there. It scared the daylights out of me the first time I did it. The noise level is quite loud down there. It is really something to stand there underneath the falls looking out. I love the museums and everything else too. It would take days to see it all. You have to pick and choose what interests you most before you get there. |
