Yay for trying new things! I must admit, I need to have red sauce on my pizza. I cannot get around to liking pizza with alfredo, bbq or any other type of sauce. I don't think I'd like just the oil either. I think I recall some parts of Italy it is traditional to eat pizza without red sauce
